GOMSA LOGÍSTICA is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND WHY?

Your personal data will be used to keep track of the people entering and exiting the building; this processing forms part of the security measures adopted within this company.

In addition to the full name of the person entering the facilities of GOMSA LOGÍSTICA, the personnel at the reception desk located on the ground floor will ask for the following information and personal data, as applicable in each case:

· Visitors: Indicate organization or institution of origin, person they are visiting, entry and exit times, full name, office phone and/or cell phone, address, email, official photo ID and, if applicable, photo capture by registration system taken upon arrival, subject to visitor consent.

· Social service workers and interns: Department where they provide service or internship; name of immediate supervisor or coordinator of service or internship; entry and exit times; full name, phone and/or cell, address, email, official photo ID and, if applicable, photo capture by registration system taken upon arrival.

· GOMSA LOGÍSTICA Staff: Only if they do not show their staff badge, indicate the department where they provide their services, name of immediate supervisor, entry and exit times, full name, phone and/or cell, email and official photo ID. And, if applicable, photo capture by registration system taken upon arrival.


SOFTWARE SYSTEM WITH VISITOR REGISTRATION CAMERA

The purpose of the system is to include photos with the entry and exit records of visitors and customers, as well as interns, social service workers and employees, keeping this information up-to-date in order to make capture processes and access to our facilities more efficient, as they are stored in the software database.


CLOSED-CIRCUIT TV VIDEO RECORDING AREA

Your personal data obtained via CCTV will be used to ensure the security of the people and the facilities of GOMSA LOGÍSTICA, and its processing forms part of the security measures adopted within the company.

For the purposes indicated above, pictures are taken of all individuals who enter and walk around the facilities, which in certain contexts may result in sensitive personal data.

It is important to note that for any personal data you provide related to third parties, it is assumed that you have obtained consent from the data subject to provide their data. In the case of the personal data of underage persons or individuals who have been declared incompetent or unable to care for themselves, it is assumed that you hold the applicable legal authority established under civil law.

Personal data collected by security cameras may be processed without the consent of the subjects, always with respect for their rights; exceptions to the principles governing data processing are cases of national security and legal provisions related to public order, safety and health or to protect the rights of third parties, as established under the second paragraph of Article 16 of the Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Please note that personal data will not be transferred, except as necessary to meet the duly founded and justified informational requirements of a competent authority.


GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed pursuant to Articles 8, 15, 16 ,17 and 36 of Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).


MEANS OF EXERCISING YOUR “ARCO” RIGHTS (Personal Data Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)

You have the right to know what personal data of yours we have, what we use it for and what the conditions are for the use we make of it (Access). In addition, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification), or its deletion from our records or databases if you believe that it is not being used in keeping with the principles, duties and obligations set forth in legislation (Cancellation), or to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).
